Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Camp / Event Slot Booking
Amount paid towards reserving slots for medical camps, health awareness programs, or special screening events is non-refundable.
Slot bookings are non-transferable to another person.
In case of rescheduling by the hospital, patients may choose an alternative date subject to availability.
2. Master Health Checkup (MHC) Packages
MHC packages are non-transferable.
Package amount once paid is non-refundable.
However, appointment dates may be rescheduled upon prior intimation (minimum 24 hours recommended).
Failure to attend without prior notice may lead to forfeiture of the booking amount.
3. IP Bill Payments / Advance Payments
Advance payments made for In-Patient (IP) admissions are not refundable, but will be adjusted against the final hospital bill at the time of discharge.
Any excess amount after final settlement will be refunded through the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days, subject to billing clearance.
4. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
In case of a failed transaction where the amount is debited but payment status shows unsuccessful, the amount will be automatically refunded by the bank/payment gateway within the timelines prescribed by the respective bank or payment gateway provider.
For duplicate payments, patients must notify the hospital billing department within 48 hours for verification.
5. Mode of Refund
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only through the original mode of payment.
No cash refunds will be issued for online transactions.
6. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu.
