Brain Tumour: It is a mass of abnormal cells in the brain. The symptoms of brain tumour are headache, weakness in limbs, face or one side of body, faulty coordination, problem in walking and in routine activities, such as reading and talking, altered taste and smell, difficulty in bladder control, altered mood, personality or behaviour, nausea or vomiting, and loss of memory. It can be treated through chemotherapy, targeted drug therapy or craniotomy in which the tumour is surgically removed.

Epilepsy: It causes seizures or unusual behaviours. Its symptoms are euphoria during aura, temporary confusion, episodes where the person stares blankly, jerking movements or twitching of legs and arms, loss of awareness, and psychological symptoms. It can be treated by taking anti-seizure medications or through brain surgery.

Brain Aneurysm: The vessel that supplies blood to the brain becomes weak and due to that, bulging or ballooning of the artery occurs. Its symptoms are headaches, difficulty in seeing, pain above and behind the eye, nausea and vomiting, drooping eyelid, dilated pupil, sensitivity to light, paralysis or numbness on one side of the face, pain or stiffness in neck and seizures. It can be treated by using medications, closing the aneurysm using a metal clip and endovascular coiling.

Cervical Herniated Disc: The inner portion of a disc in the cervical spine or neck ruptures through the outer wall of the disc. Its symptoms are pain in the back, arm, leg and foot, recurring spasm in the back muscle, muscle weakness, numbness or tingling along the thigh and burning in the shoulders, neck, or arm. It can be treated through medication, spinal surgery, and physical therapy.

Migraine: It is a severe headache on one side of the head. It can be treated through medication and various forms of therapy, such as transcutaneous supraorbital nerve stimulation (t-SNS) and learning to cope (LTC).
